Terms of Service

1. Service description

Outplayed is an independent CS2 market-intelligence platform providing price tracking, analytics, alerts and related tools. We are not a marketplace and do not custody items or funds; trades happen on third-party marketplaces you choose.

2. Plans and pricing

Outplayed offers a Free tier and paid Pro and Elite subscriptions. The features and prices of each tier are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.

3. Right of withdrawal (§ 312g BGB)

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid subscriptions.

For digital content and services, the right of withdrawal expires once we begin performance with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB).

4. Termination

You may cancel a paid plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.

5. Liability

Market data and analytics are provided for information only and do not constitute financial advice. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
